Terms of Service

By using my website, applications, and digital products, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using furkanerdal.com, crm.furkanerdal.com, qr.furkanerdal.com, related applications, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Provider

Services are provided by Furkan ERDAL as an individual / freelance activity. No separate company entity is represented in this document.

3. Services

  • Portfolio site (furkanerdal.com) — marketing site, blog, contact, and quote requests
  • CRM (crm.furkanerdal.com) — appointments, leads, and related workflows
  • QR product (qr.furkanerdal.com) — create, edit, download, and manage QR codes and related tools

Features may change, be added, or discontinued. For a specific client engagement, a separate written contract — if any — prevails for that engagement.

Free or “as available” features may be previews. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

4. Accounts

If you create an account on CRM, QR, or related products:

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials
  • You are responsible for activity under your account
  • Notify me promptly of suspected unauthorized access

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the services for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or rights-violating purposes
  • Distribute spam, malware, phishing, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer, overload, or probe systems without written permission
  • Process others’ personal data unlawfully
  • Misuse branding or copy content in a misleading way

You are responsible for the legality and safety of destinations encoded in QR codes (URLs, Wi‑Fi, payment links, etc.).

6. Your content

CRM records, QR payloads, uploads, and form messages remain yours. You grant a limited license to process them as needed to provide the service, support, and legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, software, copy, logos, and brand elements (except third-party content) belong to Furkan ERDAL or licensors. Copying, selling, or creating derivatives without permission is prohibited. Client work shown in the portfolio remains with the respective rights holders and is used for reference.

8. Third parties

Analytics, ads (e.g. AdSense), payments, maps, or scheduling tools may have their own terms. I am not responsible for third-party sites or policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not promised.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption). Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you actually paid me for the paid service in the 12 months before the claim (or zero for free use). Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Suspension & termination

I may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using services at any time and request account deletion where applicable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rules.

13. Changes

I may update these terms. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance.
