Product and scope
, About the Project
FE CRM was built so small and mid-size teams can keep customers, work and operations in one account. The multi-tenant model isolates each organization’s companies, contacts, projects and tasks, with roles split inside the firm. The point is one panel instead of spreadsheets, inboxes and a separate booking tool.
Modules
, One panel
Company and contact cards, project/task boards, a notes and file browser, and Excel import/export sit in the same place. Accounting covers invoices, collections, expenses, cash/bank and payroll; inventory covers catalog, variants, warehouses and stock moves. Notifications go through in-app and email; the agenda runs as Kanban planning.
Communication layer
, Email, SMS and Google
Company SMTP/IMAP powers inbox, replies, signatures and email campaigns. SMS uses Twilio for templates, recipient lists and scheduled sends. Google Calendar, Contacts and Drive are optional: they cover Meet bookings, contact sync and file storage, and data stays in the organization’s own account.
Booking
, Public booking
Each organization gets a slug-based booking page. The customer picks an open slot, verification creates the record, and cancel/confirm run from the panel. Inside, the planner, reminders and Google Meet attach to the same booking.
Outcome
, Live product
FE CRM is not a mockup; it runs in production at crm.furkanerdal.com. If you need a similar panel, industry-specific modules or an integration into software you already use, I lock the scope and ship on the same stack.
