LUNA BY LEDA Education Portal and International Education Consulting Platform

This project was developed to help students discover international education opportunities more easily and to manage consulting processes more professionally. The platform combines program listings, program details, announcement management, guidance content, consulting request flows, and an admin panel. As a result, education consulting services were structured not only as an informative website but also as a scalable digital platform that supports operational processes.

The main goal on the student side was to help users reach the information they need quickly and reliably. For this reason, clean navigation, clear content hierarchy, strong heading structures, program cards, call-to-action buttons, and mobile-friendly screens were designed. Students can easily explore different program types such as high school opportunities, university applications, or summer schools, move to detail pages, and submit consulting requests. The live website uses action-oriented directions such as “Explore Programs” and “Free Consultation.”

One of the platform’s most important modules is the program listing structure. Education programs were organized by categories so students can find options aligned with their goals faster. For each program, description, application process, admission requirements, consulting scope, visual content, and detail page logic were structured. The live website includes program categories such as “High School,” “University Applications,” and “Summer Schools.”

A clean and trustworthy communication flow was prepared so students can submit consulting requests. Users can contact the team through a form to receive information about their education goals, programs of interest, or application processes. This structure allows the consulting team to collect requests more systematically, analyze application intent more clearly, and communicate with students faster. The live website includes a contact section where users can submit forms for education goals and consulting services.

Access to accurate and up-to-date information is critical for students in international education processes. For this reason, a flexible content infrastructure was designed to manage announcements, guidance content, frequently asked questions, and process explanations. Through the admin panel, program announcements, application deadlines, webinar or workshop announcements, and informative content about visa or exam processes can be published. This structure allows the platform to operate not only as a static promotional website but also as an active education information center.

The backend structure of the platform was designed so administrators can manage content and student requests from a single center. The admin panel was structured to support functions such as adding, updating, and deleting programs, managing announcements, reviewing consulting requests, tracking user feedback, and viewing general statistics. This enables consulting operations to be managed through a measurable and sustainable digital process rather than scattered person-dependent methods.

The technical architecture of the project was designed with an API-focused approach to manage data flow between the student interface and the admin panel securely and sustainably. Structured data models were created for programs, categories, announcements, consulting requests, and content areas. Thanks to the API structure, content updates made in the admin panel can be reflected on the student side in a controlled and fast way. The modular code structure makes it easier to add new program types, application steps, or integrations in the future.

Since many students research education programs through mobile devices, the platform was developed with mobile compatibility in mind. Program cards, detail pages, contact forms, visual areas, and call-to-action buttons were arranged to be easily usable on smaller screens. On the performance side, fast-loading pages, optimized visuals, and clean interface flows were prioritized. This approach helps users explore programs and submit consulting requests without leaving the website.

In the education consulting sector, user trust directly affects application and communication decisions. Therefore, the platform highlights not only program content but also trust-building elements that explain the brand’s approach. Student success stories, expert consulting emphasis, personalized guidance messaging, and transparent process management were used to create a trustworthy perception for visitors. The live website includes success stories, student and parent testimonials, personalized guidance, and professional consulting messages.

The project was developed not only to meet current program and content needs but also to support future additions such as new education categories, application forms, consultant profiles, student tracking screens, blog content, or CRM integrations. Thanks to its modular architecture approach, the platform can adapt to growing consulting operations. This structure strengthens the institution’s digital visibility while making student acquisition, application management, and content operations more sustainable.
